|My exploding lunch

I put my elbow in it today. I had my salad in a take-away container on the left of my desk. For some reason I will never understand I let my elbow drop onto the edge of the container and the resulting impact catapulted veges all around my desk.|
Ten minutes later I reached into my left pocket because it felt as if a coin had fallen out of my wallet. Well I was right, but there was also a piece of circular carrot in my pocket. No, I'm not making this up.
Anyway, onto the less exciting news. I've come back from the neuroligist and been informed that the problem with my neck is a slipped vertebrae(?). Number "C5" if I recall correctly. It's pinching on my spinal cord, but thankfully not deeply enough to inflict damage, just irritation. The neurologist has prescribed stretching exercises, avoiding leaning down toward colleagues when I help them with PC literacy and no more chiropractors - they're too rough. Instead I'm to look for a mas'ahzh, or as you Americans would pronounce it... muh'sahzh. :P
